Shawn listed my fathers house for sale and recommend Reno’s to get the house sold, we weren’t too thrilled with the renovations done, and given time back we most likely would not have done it or at least tested the waters by just staging and listing the house first. The market had shifted by the time the house was listed. Lessons learned by everyone, and Shawn was more than fair by making it right. We would use Shawn again.
