Truly a great experience buying our first home with Sergey. When choosing a real estate agent, we asked several friends who recently bought homes about their experiences and if they would recommend their realtors. Stories of pushy salesman-like relators steered us towards Sergey- and I’m so happy we found him. Sergey and his agents went above and beyond our expectations. He always made us feel like we were his top priority, was quick to respond to emails, and clearly brought a wealth of knowledge to the process. When we decided to sell our home we knew that we want Sergey and his team to help us. Selling home in Calgary these days is very difficult... But Sergey told us, he has unique system that helps his clients and explained us how it works, with lots of advertisement on the internet, and different systems that attract buyers. Also Sergey showed his database of buyer, which is huge, Once home went on the market we received 3 offers in just a couple of days and week later our home was sold! This is unbelievable how his system works. It was exactly how Sergey explained us in the beginning and we are VERY happy. We got almost a full asking price and sold sooooo quick!
