Our house was sold in 7 days within the range of the asking price, and even in the current marker situation including Covid-19. Working with Sergey and his team was by far the best and most satisfying experience with a realtor my wife and I have had. Even during all of the added stress and uncertainty of listing our house for sale during the earliest days and weeks of the COVID-19 lockdown/pandemic in March/April 2020, Sergey and his team expertly crafted a strategy for selling our house and ultimately procured a sale (for a price we wanted) and kept all parties safe and healthy during the process. From our initial meeting with Sergey, we know that he was a professional who cared about and liked what he does for a living. It is always nicer to work with someone who likes what they do as they are not only more knowledgeable of their craft but also more likely to be motivated to go the extra-mile in all aspects of their duties. This is certainly the case with Sergey. For example, Sergey met with us and learned out concerns, timelines, and plans for selling our house and relied on his extensive experience and knowledge to construct a strategy for selling our home. This strategy was ultimately successful. Concretely, even during the aforementioned early lockdown, we managed to sell our house within asking range two days prior to it officially being listed on the market. All concerns that our house was going to sit on a uncertain market and have to watch further and further price reductions ultimately forcing us to "settle for a sale" were completely avoided due to Sergey's expertise. During the negotiation, Sergey was understanding of our concerns and provided excellent advice, which he drew from his successful career selling many homes throughout Southern Alberta. After the contract was agreed to, Sergey continued to provide timely guidance as to the concluding steps of selling and moving out of our house. Finally, through it all, Sergey was always available to take our calls. We never went more than an hour before Sergey got back to us with answers to any questions we had. He was and is extremely responsive to the clients with whom he works. Overall, then, we would absolutely recommend Sergey Korostensky for any real estate needs in Calgary and area and we certainly plan on consulting him again for any our own real estate ventures in the future.

Excellent dealings with Sergey Korostensky Group and agent Joe Perri. Was able to complete a house buy out of province with ease and no issues. All recommendations ie: lawyer, ect was excellently priced and beyond helpful. Joe knows real estate, housing and the current market very well. No pressure at all and was able to do the purchase around my busy schedule. He asked and listened exactly what I wanted and found housing that perfectly met my needs. I am very pleased with The Sergey Korostensky Group. Our Realtor Joe had to sell our home twice as the first buyer breached the contract. They did not show up to finalize the transaction for possession day. This was probably due to COVID-19. Joe had the first sale done in one week. Joe and the team started over again and within 24 hours of listing the home for the second time, the home was sold for full asking price. The Sergey Korostensky Group team effort, their extensive marketing and their professionalism works extremely well even in a troubled market like we are in with COVID-19.
