Our realtor was Sergey, hands down he is one of the best realtor in Calgary area. We were very reluctant and scared during our first home purchase, Sergey made it really easy for us. He educated us about the entire home-buying process as well as how to identify a good home. Unlike some other agents, he always goes extra Sergey and helps in the end-to-end process i.e., getting mortgage approved, finding a contractor to do some maintenance work after home-buying, finding a good tenant everything. We were able to buy a great home at a great location and at a price that would never been possible without Sergey's help. I highly recommend his services and would definitely go to him again when I plan to buy/sell home in future.
