Our home hunt with Sergey was enjoyable and he helped us find the exact home we wanted. He listened attentively to our considerations and reflected on the things we either overlooked or overestimated during our search. Sergey is always available, replies quickly, offers sound advice, and is very resourceful! Consequently, we have a home that meets our objectives, is within our budget, and has great investment potential! Multiple offers were made within a few days, which made things challenging for buyers, but Sergey' experience and excellent negotiation skills helped us secure the home for the price we wanted! We would definitely recommend Sergey to our friends, and we look forward to working with him again in the future!
