I want to send a huge thanks to Joe Perri, Dmitry Loffe and Sergey Korostensky Group for the relentless effort and all the invested time for not only finding our first home but making sure it was the perfect fit!! We started working together back in August 2021, Viewed over 100 homes, Put offers on 15+ houses (and lost) and after all that we took possession of our new home on April 19th 2022!! I not only recommend but I will be only working with this team in the future!!

Our home hunt with Sergey was enjoyable and he helped us find the exact home we wanted. He listened attentively to our considerations and reflected on the things we either overlooked or overestimated during our search. Sergey is always available, replies quickly, offers sound advice, and is very resourceful! Consequently, we have a home that meets our objectives, is within our budget, and has great investment potential! Multiple offers were made within a few days, which made things challenging for buyers, but Sergey' experience and excellent negotiation skills helped us secure the home for the price we wanted! We would definitely recommend Sergey to our friends, and we look forward to working with him again in the future!

Selling a property is always a challenging task, I must applaud Sergey and his team as they made this experience pleasurable.....I know its crazy but true. Sergey was an amazing partner in this right from the beginning!!!! He communicated so well, he stayed true to his word and in my opinion went above and beyond with his efforts and his knowledge of the market was exceptional.
