Sean and his team were certainly great. Sean's strategy for selling our home was tailored to OUR home in OUR neighborhood, something other realtor's we interviewed lacked, as they pitched a strategy based on city-wide trends. As someone who is skeptical of of the value proposition of listing agents, Sean and his team were a good example of how a well informed strategy and execution can maximize returns. I also generally dislike sales pitches and window-dressing features and services, but Sean was frank, honest, and straightforward. Including staging advice is nice (and should be standard IMHO) but ultimate I care if an agent will maximize my sale price. Sean convinced me he could, and did. His team, Julia and Valerie, were there to make every aspect of the purchase and sale easier, and were always available to answer our questions. 10/10 services from them as well.

Sean is an amazing real estate agent and human being. We first met him over 20 years ago when we purchased our first home, so when we decided to buy a new home and sell our existing home, it was a no-brainer that of course we’d be calling him.
