Sean and his group made the process of selling our home in the Riverside South area very smooth and comfortable. We had had numerous meetings with prospective agents after we had made the decision to sell our home, however, the only one that left a lasting impression was Sean. He was very well prepared with area specific trends and offered great insights into the state of the market. For example, while our property was on the market for viewings, we were out of town, but someone from the team made sure to come by and check on the property, turn off all lights and even water our plants if need be. They really went above and beyond. Sean and his team were able to sell the property after one day on the market and for over asking. Sean’s expertise and skills in negotiation were evident as we navigated through the initial offer, counteroffer and finally the acceptance of the offer.
