Honestly you can't ask for a better realtor than Scott. He won't try to sell you a property. He provides his honest feedback about the pro and cons of a building and leaves the rest up to you. He has a lot of knowledge about how homes and buildings are built so you can rely on him to give you valuable feedback. Scott was always on time for our appointments. I've had the pleasure of dealing with him for several transactions and hope to continue to work with him in the future.

I was selling my place in the summer, which is generally a rather slow time for sales. Scott was very through threw out this process, always keeping in good contact. After each open house Scott would go over what clients liked and didn't like about the property. Together we would come up with new plan for the next open house. Even after we had an accepted offer, Scott suggested we have another open house just in case. Well long story short, the first offer's financing failed. I received a better offer after that last open house, all because of Scott. Thx for your time Donovan
