Scott has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Though our time working with him he has been extremely grounded and an invaluable voice of reason. His background in carpentry and construction provided us with many insights that we would not have picked up on ourselves. From these insights we were better able to prepare and budget for our purchases and sales. Overall Scott is extremely insightful and great to work with. He was always available for any and all viewings we wanted to do, as well as any questions we had.

Scott was very helpful when we were buying our new condo. He was knowledgable, easy to get a hold of, and answered any questions we had; and if he didn't know an answer, he made sure to get back to us right away. He would check in often to see if there's anything else he can help with, and to make sure we were on top of everything during the process. His construction and carpentry background gives him a unique perspective, which was useful when we asked for his opinions on the properties we were viewing.

If you're looking for a no-nonsense agent, Scott is your man! Friendly and courteous. Scott was always waiting a few minutes at the properties we wished to view. He always provided his assessment of the property (because we asked for his opinion) which we found to be quite accurate and helpful. He was never pushy or in a hurry. Also, Scott previously worked in the construction business, so he had a good sense of what it would take to get a house renovated to the desired state (add a deck, roof repair, etc). He also was a good negotiator and made sure that we paid a fair value for our house. I have used Scott as my agent for both my property purchases. Thanks, Scott!

Scott is an amazing realtor. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and he always put my best interest as a priority. He was also very patient showing us houses and taking us for tours to different neighborhoods so we could make a well-informed decision. He was never pushy, and always gave us very good advice. If I ever need a realtor again, Scott will be my choice no doubt.
