Scarlett is a terrific real estate professional! Our property was a unique sale with its own challenges but we were able to get multiple offers and end up selling over asking. Scarlett knew we needed time to review everything before accepting any offer and provided so much time and care to go through everything with us. Even once the offer firmed up, she walked us through and provided all the documents to our lawyer, banker, and accountant to make it easier for us so we didn't need to scramble. She brings so much knowledge and passion in this industry that we knew we could trust her each step of the way. We felt complete confidence in selling our home with her that we would 100% use her again and refer her to others.

I have used Scarlett as my realtor for many deals now.. She is the best and I would not go with anyone else.. Such a sweet person but very professional in her business compared to others I have worked with in the past.. I can never recommend her enough to any one looking for realtor..
