Scarlett was always very fast replying to us whenever we had questions, places we want to view and when listing our home. She was helpful getting us ready for selling, she gave us many comparables and helped coordinate viewings with ease. She helped negotiate with the buyers and was transparent with out contract, alerting us to changes we could make with our contracts.

Scarlett has helped us over the years with two real estate purchases and one sale. She has been very responsive and patient with us. We have learned alot from her over the years, and she helped keep us grounded in knowing she had our back and was on the case when we weren't sure what to do. Scarlett also provides free moving trailer services, and we used this on our latest move, sit great ease and success.

Scarlett acted quickly regarding listing the house and getting it online when contract was signed.She communicated with us regularly regarding views online, showings and feedback provided, She responded to questions in a timely manner and negotiated two deals, one which did not complete due to no fault by Scarlett.
