Scarlett sold my investment property for FULL PRICE! She deserves 10 out of 5 stars for her hard work and dedication to selling my home. If you're looking for an agent that does NOT underprice and provides up to date market stats to you BEFORE listing your home and DURING the listing period, then you need to hire her since she will tell you what you need to hear not what you want to hear about the real estate market. She goes deep into her research to customize a plan for your particular home to benefit you as a seller. I entirely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent that is honest, trusting, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. 10/5

When I had my home for sale and she notified me immediately about showings that way I didn't miss a showing. She doesn't feel at any time pushy or feel that she is a person that is just in real estate to make money like several real estate agents I had in my past. She did an amazing job showcasing the home with photos, videos, walk through, detailed descriptions, and media outlets. If you are looking for an honest, genuine, and hardworking realtor give her a call. She is very prompt to answer her clients day or night. I will use her in the future and recommend her to everyone.
