<p>Scarlett is compassionate and takes her time with you so you get a personal one-on-one transaction throughout. She is very knowledgeable of the area and helped us get a good deal on our home! She worked fast and connected us with some terrific third party professionals. We never had a problem getting a hold of her and flexible hours to work with our schedule.</p>

Scarlett Barber is a detailed oriented and prompt agent. I appreciate how she provides plenty of scenarios throughout negotiations, time for responses, information on homes in the area, and continues working after the transaction. <p>Scarlett went above and beyond for us to help us purchase a home. The home wasn't even in her "district" and yet she researched the area and found out as much information for us that she could. We were thrilled that she went out of her "Neighbourhood" to help us. We've dealt with realtors in the past that basically told us it wasn't their territory so "good luck". We have had one recommend a realtor in the area we were looking but Scarlett actually showed us the property and we are very grateful. We trust her completely and know that she is looking out for us and our needs. Never met a more dedicated, hard working realtor (or person) in our lives. Almost sorry that we have sold and bought as it means we won't be dealing with her anymore at this time. If we decide to sell in the future Scarlett will be the first person we contact.</p>
