Scarlett exuded professionalism and approachability throughout the transaction. She willingly showed us multiple homes over a period of a few months, demonstrating patience in allowing us to wait for the right property. She did not give up on our goals or push to complete a sale. She worked really diligently on our behalf to complete this sale having multiple conversations with the other realtor and negotiating effectively on our behalf. Just when we thought the deal might not go through, her tenacity paid off as I imagine that her approach was gentle enough to not offend the seller. It has been a pleasure working with Scarlett to locate the ideal home for our purposes.

<p>Scarlett was a wonderful realtor and very helpful in finding us our first home. I really appreciate how fast she was at getting back to us and answering all our questions. As first time home buyers in a very competitive market, Scarlett was able to answer all of our questions and get all our paperwork and offer completed in a very quick timeline. Good communication is the most important quality to us as first-time home buyers, we had lots of questions and needed lots of guidance through the processes from showings, putting an offer in, and closing. Scarlett was able to guide us through all these processes and made us feel very comfortable throughout all these processes.</p>

<p>Her continued updates were great to let me know what people thought of my place when it was for sale. She explained everything to me very well and her recommendation of a lawyer was great too!</p>

Scarlett is amazing! She's friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was really impressed with her response time (she responded to every email we sent her within minutes, no matter the time or day) and with how thorough she was with our virtual viewing. As we were purchasing a home in another city and weren't able to travel to go see it in person, she did the viewing with us over Facetime. She spent over an hour in the house making sure we got to see everything we wanted to see and answering any questions we had, which made the process of purchasing a house without seeing it in person much less stressful. I gave her a 3 in the Neighborhood Knowledge section because we were already pretty familiar with the area and didn't really have any questions for her. If we did, I'm confident she would've provided us with all of the information we required. If you're looking for a realtor, go with Scarlett; you won't be disappointed!
