We had a pretty broad area that we were looking to purchase a house. Scarlett showed us properties in Naramata, Summerland, Okanagan Falls, and Osoyoos. We finally settled on a private sale in Osoyoos. Even though this sale was not listed, Scarlett guided us through the process with the sellers from the start of the transaction through the closing. She was a great help and resource and provided us everything we needed to ensure we as the buyers were informed and protected inclosing a private sale transaction. We would highly recommend Scarlett for anyone looking to purchase a house in the South Okanagan.
