We really appreciate Scaelett's effort and expertise as a realtor. She was easy to communicate with, always responded quickly, and was very professional. Her understanding of the real estate process and contract law was at a very high level. especially in regards to negotiations and ensuring contract conditions/clauses were reviewed in detail and modified to our benefit. She provided weekly market analysis, no pressure environment, and excellent advice. Definitely recommend her as a realtor!

Scarlett was always very fast replying to us whenever we had questions, places we want to view and when listing our home. She was helpful getting us ready for selling, she gave us many comparables and helped coordinate viewings with ease. She helped negotiate with the buyers and was transparent with out contract, alerting us to changes we could make with our contracts.
