<p>Sarah understood the requirements I had in looking for a new home and helped me work through what were need to haves, want to haves, and deal breakers. She then showed me just the places with the right features, and was extremely honest about the positives and negatives of each. I trust her and have recommended her to several of my friends who have all also purchased homes.</p>

<p>As a First time home buyer, I felt completely unprepared for the world of real estate. Sarah helped me along every step of the way from an initial meeting, where we discussed my wants and needs, to looking at no less then 50 Properties, and all the way down to the negotiations, where she counselled me on the back and forth. She even had a recommendation for a mortgage adviser, whom she'd used personally!</p> <p>Sarah answered all my silly questions and was happy to accommodate multiple viewings due to my family's schedule.</p> <p>She took the time to print off listings for me before each appointment along with a check list! she was also very flexible with viewing times and even picked me up for appointments!</p> <p>I would use Sarah 100 times over and recommend her to everyone! Her professionalism, care, and creativity really show through in everything she does for the client, including a very cute (and useful) first night kit she gave me on possession day!</p>

<p>If there was "Amazing" in the scale above, I would have said "Amazing". Sarah has now helped us through a couple of negotiations. She always seems to have time for us, which is no small feat, as I am sure she is wildly busy. She never rushed us, or made us feel like we were anything less than her most important client. At times, our situation was disheartening, but Sarah never gave up hope for us, and was continually full of ideas to help the deal along. I can't say enough about how great it felt to have someone like Sarah in our corner, working for us.</p>

As a first time buyer, I was full of questions about the market, the process, risks, info about properties, and all the other information needed to find the right home.</p> <p>Sarah helped by giving me a full view of what was available on the market so that I could make an informed, confident decision. She worked diligently, was always prompt when responding and did everything and more on her end to help me find me the right deal, and get it completed. She was also friendly, honest, and I'd recommend her to anyone.</p>

If you are open and honest with your expectations, Sarah will help you find the place that is right for you.</p> <p>Sarah is very knowledgeable, and as a first time homebuyer, that was very important to me. I had done some research, but still felt very unsure about the whole process. Sarah removed all my doubt and made the whole process so much fun! As I had bought a brand new condo, she came with me to help pick my finishes and colours. As a single man, it was great to have a different point of view. Not only did she provide great decorating advice, but explained how certain choices may later affect resale value.</p> <p>When it came to the financial side of things, Sarah also helped me to assemble the rest of my team. Sarah recommended a great mortgage broker and lawyer who were both as open and helpful as Sarah herself. Between them all, I always felt like I had all the answers, and if I didn't someone was always there. Everyone was open, and each provided answers to questions I didn't even know to ask. I was never surprised by an issue coming up as everyone made sure I understood each step.</p> <p>When it came to communication, I couldn't ask for more. Sarah exceeded all my expectations. No one can be instantly available 24/7, but sometimes it felt that way. All communications were timely and clear. When we "spoke", whether vocally or in writing, it always felt as if I was her sole focus. At no time did it ever feel like Sarah was making assumptions or pushing her own agenda.</p> <p>And she was on time! Every time. I know that time management may seem like a simple detail, but before engaging Sarah, I attempted to view a few properties on my own. Out of 3 viewings, one Realtor was late by 20 minutes, and one failed to even show up. Sarah's time management skills are exemplary, and if being late makes you as anxious as it makes me, this is a very important detail.</p> <p>I can't thank Sarah enough. In customer service, the focus is always on exceeding expectations. Sarah did exactly that. It felt like I had a very knowledgeable and trusted friend by my side through the whole process.
