<p>This was our first house and Sarah made the process as painless as could be. She was very patient as we took our time deciding and looking. Sarah answered all of our questions along the way and guided us in this journey. We would definitely recommend her to all we know and will definitley use her for any future real estate purchases or sales. If you like a kind, patient, knowledgable, reliable agent then Sarah is your lady! Thanks again for making what could have been a lot harder and stressful transaction relatively fun and memorable.</p>

<p>Sarah always goes above and beyond to ensure that me as a client (or past client) have the information I need to make an informed decision and get the best deal possible. She worked through some difficult negotiations with the builder/owner when I was closing on my current property. We learned of numerous additional matters along the way (permits that may not have been pulled, etc.) but Sarah went above and beyond, dug further into the research I had managed and ensured we closed the open ended problems.</p> <p>She is personable, professional, interesting, knowledgeable and a joy to work with both when buying and selling a home. I went immediately to her when the possibility of acquiring another property in my neighbourhood became available and refer all of my friends to her! I have worked with stodgy, difficult, apparently non-invested realtors and that is NOT what you get from Sarah. She sends your comps, updates your research, ensures you are up to date on visits to your property, etc. She is my first and only choice for a realtor in Edmonton!</p>

<p>Sarah was excellent to work with. We were given good advice prior to selling our home & making it appealing to prospective buyers. Her experience & knowledge of the real estate market is very apparent. She kept us informed throughout the entire selling process via email & calls regarding showings and potential buyer feedback. <p>We have had the pleasure of dealing with Sarah on a few occasions. We first met her at an open house while looking for an investment property. Sarah is very knowledgeable in all areas from single family homes to multi units. You can tell she loves what she does because when looking at homes she is looking at them as if she was buying it, so you get her perspective as well and that makes it for a fun buying experience.</p> <p>Recently we had to sell my in-laws home when they moved into senior housing. The house was in need of some major TLC and she was very professional when talking to them about what needed to be done. Even though we were helping them she did not once make them feel like they were not included in anything and was very good at explaining things to them about what needed to be done. We had a few issues with the buyer and she went to bat for us. She is very good with negotiations, she gives you her opinion but accepts your decision and will work very hard in your best interest.</p> <p>We would not hesitate to use or recommend Sarah again.</p>

<p>Sarah really worked hard for us when she sold our property. It was a very specific property that only appealed to a certain demographic of client. She came up with creative ideas to market the property to sell it. Sarah always kept in touch with us and gave us ideas to make the property more sellable and appealing to potential purchasers. We were very happy with Sarah and would highly recommend her.</p>

<p>Sarah went above and beyond during every step in the sales process, and made me feel completely comfortable that she had my situation under control. I actually felt like she was advocating on my behalf, and had my best interests at heart. I had to sell my house within a small time frame during the low sales season (November) as a condition of the purchase of my new house, and Sarah came through with a firm offer at 95% of asking within days listed.<br /> I will, without hesitation, recommend Sarah to my friends and family for any of their real estate needs.</p>
