<p>This is the second home purchase I have made with Sarah in a year and a half, and I wouldn't hesitate to contact her again if I required a real estate agent again. If that doesn't speak volumes about Sarah's ability and knowledge, I don't know what does.<br /> Timely communications, expert knowledge and excellent organizational skills.</p> <p>If I hear someone mention buying or selling a home, I immediately tell them about Sarah. <p><br /> Sarah listened carefully to our needs and suggested viewing only the properties that were relevant to our needs. She spoke frankly, pointing out positives and negatives. She advised us to offer less than we originally wanted to and saved us a significant amount of money! After the deal was done, she continued to help us with referrals to contractors to make wanted changes and finding a forwarding address to help us get important mail to the previous owner. She continues to answer my texts immediately, when I am available - even into the evening. I won't hesitate to recommend Sarah to friends and family.</p>

Initially we had another realtor and we were so frustrated at him because, after 6 months, he was not even sure about the boundary that we were looking for. Because of that we missed some opportunities. A friend of mine recommended Sarah and how we got to know her. We successfully purchased a good house only after a few weeks working with her.</p> <p>She has all the good characters to be a successful realtor: hard-working, professional, enthusiasm, communication/negotiation skills, and much more. I definitely recommend her to my friends. I give her an overall of 4.9/5.</p>

<p>I have bought and sold numerous rental properties throughout BC. I was buying one in Edmonton but was unfamiliar with the market. Sarah was the best realtor that we have ever dealt with. (At the same time, we were also selling a property through a Remax realtor in Abbotsford and it was the complete opposite experience). We met with Sarah on a number of occasions. She was willing to pick us up at the airport and spent days with us, showing us numerous properties and neighbourhoods. Because we were unfamiliar with the areas, there was a lot for us to explore and learn. She was in patient and knowledgable. She was very honest and would communicate both positive and negative characteristics of each property, which we really appreciated. She was flexible when we changed your minds on places we wanted to view at the last minute and was incredibly accommodating. Her insights and trustworthy advice was incredibly helpful. Having Sarah as a realtor allowed for this process to be smooth, seamless, and satisfying. I would highly recommend, Sarah.</p>
