If you are open and honest with your expectations, Sarah will help you find the place that is right for you.</p> <p>Sarah is very knowledgeable, and as a first time homebuyer, that was very important to me. I had done some research, but still felt very unsure about the whole process. Sarah removed all my doubt and made the whole process so much fun! As I had bought a brand new condo, she came with me to help pick my finishes and colours. As a single man, it was great to have a different point of view. Not only did she provide great decorating advice, but explained how certain choices may later affect resale value.</p> <p>When it came to the financial side of things, Sarah also helped me to assemble the rest of my team. Sarah recommended a great mortgage broker and lawyer who were both as open and helpful as Sarah herself. Between them all, I always felt like I had all the answers, and if I didn't someone was always there. Everyone was open, and each provided answers to questions I didn't even know to ask. I was never surprised by an issue coming up as everyone made sure I understood each step.</p> <p>When it came to communication, I couldn't ask for more. Sarah exceeded all my expectations. No one can be instantly available 24/7, but sometimes it felt that way. All communications were timely and clear. When we "spoke", whether vocally or in writing, it always felt as if I was her sole focus. At no time did it ever feel like Sarah was making assumptions or pushing her own agenda.</p> <p>And she was on time! Every time. I know that time management may seem like a simple detail, but before engaging Sarah, I attempted to view a few properties on my own. Out of 3 viewings, one Realtor was late by 20 minutes, and one failed to even show up. Sarah's time management skills are exemplary, and if being late makes you as anxious as it makes me, this is a very important detail.</p> <p>I can't thank Sarah enough. In customer service, the focus is always on exceeding expectations. Sarah did exactly that. It felt like I had a very knowledgeable and trusted friend by my side through the whole process. I have already raved to family and friends about Sarah, and will continue to recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Realtor.</p> <p>Thanks so much Sarah!</p>

<p>Sarah was lovely, honest, helpful, and informed. We would happily recommend her to others. Here are three reasons why:</p> <p>1. Willing to take time<br /> Sarah worked with us for several months on a slow-and-steady house search. She was very patient and flexible in term of our timelines, which worked extremely well for our family. I especially appreciated her willingness and enthusiasm to add viewings where and when we hadn't necessarily planned on it - she used her strong network of realtor associates to schedule viewings as well as to add viewings for random houses and at times that worked. She happily worked around our busy schedules.</p> <p>2. Confident professionalism and calm-but-friendly personality.<br /> We had full trust in Sarah's ability to have honest and respectful negotiations. She focused on objective details around inspection, the property, and comparables. And, she was kind with us and our kids, which put us at ease. She also provided honest advice on a couple of occasions on risk and/or the work might be needed on a property.</p> <p>3. Careful attention to detail and our needs during closing and possession.<br /> Sarah checked in very reliably with us during closing. She was our best source of information on how to negotiate and close our first house. We trusted her advice and, as a result, feel that we got a fair price on the house we wanted. THE BEST was her support during possession. She realized we had no lock on our garage and she insisted on installing one the next day. The fridge also died on possession and she deployed a contact from her network to fix it immediately, and she paid! So, a bonus is that we now know an excellent appliance repairer.</p>

<p>Sarah was absolutely amazing, from adapting to my busy scheduled to make sure I will get to the next place I need to be after and relay going the extra mile (or miles in this case) to make my home buying experience easy as possible. I must say that she did more in getting me the house I wanted then the seller agent did to sell it (literally she did part of his job since he was so disorganized). I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone that looking to buy/sell.</p>

<p>We are not from Edmonton, but needed a realtor to help with a condo purchase. I researched realtors and chose Sarah based on reviews. She was so professional and informed that the process was uncomplicated and stress free for a long distance transaction. I was so impressed with her constant attention, advice, and knowledge in this market to handle a "newbies" concerns and questions. Sarah kept in touch even after transaction settled ,keeping us informed of related issues. When we were ready to become a "seller" , Sarah was the obvious choice. Selling requires different preparations, all of which were handled expertly and would have been a nightmare without her wide range of knowledge and ability to contact the right people for each challenge. Great advice was presented to get the best sale results in a timely manner. She is always positive, vibrant and accessible and would be my first choice if a realtor is required in Edmonton and area. Highly recommend!</p>

<p>We used Sarah for both our sale and purchase and would not only use her again personally for a sale and/or purchase but would definitely recommend her to everyone we know and have.</p> <p>She made our sale a piece of cake - the effort and extent that she goes to, to market your property is a definite A+. You see so many realtors take their own photos with their smart phones or cheap digital cameras, but not Sarah - she has a professional photographer take photos of your home which allow it to showcase at its full potential. Our home sold in 9 days because of Sarah's fantastic marketing!</p> <br /> <p>Purchasing a home took us a few months ... and a few different offers at that. Not once did Sarah make us feel like we were a burden to her (even when she was on vacation) and was SO accommodating with our busy schedules juggling work and a toddler.</p> <p>Sarah made sure to get to know our family and what we wanted in our new home. There were some that we would go look at, and within two minutes Sarah would say right away that this wasn't the home for us - because she knew us so well. She was always well informed about the area and homes we looked at (with doing research ahead of time), and if we had any questions she made sure to get us the answers right away.</p> <p>We had a few bumps with the purchase of our home (not our fault or Sarah's) and Sarah was there every step of the way helping anyway she could. She definitely goes ABOVE and beyond for her clients. We can't thank Sarah enough for all her hard work during the sale and purchase of our homes; she is absolutely fantastic!</p>
