<p>My partner and I were recommended to use Sarah as our agent from a number of close friends. They had nothing but awesome things to say about her, so when we were ready to buy our first house, it was an easy decision for us to contact Sarah and have her guide us through the process.</p> <p>I am so happy we did. Even with the high expectations set by our friends, she managed to thoroughly impress us. Within the first meeting, it was clear that she was not there to just get us to buy anything. She looked at each home we viewed meticulously, getting into every nook and cranny that she could so she could give us honest feedback on each property. After hearing our thoughts and opinions first, if she didn't think the property was right for us, she told us flat out. I appreciate that level of honesty.</p> <p>I was so impressed by her level of knowledge, not only in regards to the neighbourhoods we looked in, but in home ownership and maintenance as well. Any question we had, she was capable of answering: electrical, plumbing, foundation, renovation, city bylaws and guidelines, property value, etc. Anything we could think of, she had thorough knowledge of it, and if we didn't think of asking, she had our backs in thinking of it first.</p> <p>She found us a perfect home (with the added bonus of it being listed at below market price!) and we couldn't be happier. I had a lot of normal concerns in buying my first home, but I trusted Sarah enough to know that if she liked it, it was a good home. <p>Sarah Leib was a joy to work with. We went from looking at condos to single family dwellings and she was always enthusiastic, supportive and patient as we worked towards settling on the perfect purchase. She walked us through every property with an eye to details, noting potential red flags and assets, while never pushing her opinion on us.</p> <p>When we finally decided on neighbourhood, price range and style of dwelling, Sarah was more than prepared with all the options available to us.</p> <p>The entire experience was excellent and we would absolutely recommend Sarah Leib.</p>

<p>Working with Sarah was phenomenal. She's very personable and likable as well. We had a previous agent that was recommended to us but we felt the previous agent's effort level wasn't the same when selling a home. That wasn't the case with Sarah. She was very professional and set up a professional photographer, virtual tours and used social media to sell our home in addition to the traditional methods (open house, MLS listing, etc ...). Sarah went above and beyond in trying to sell our home, accommodating to some of our more demanding needs. She provided guidance on repairs and undertakings that would return more than the cost put in. She also provided guidance on when an offer was too low and helped negotiate better prices. Her replies to our inquiries were timely. You won't regret choosing Sarah as your agent.</p>

<p>My husband and I highly recommend Sarah as a professional realtor! She does her homework and finds extra information about the property for example who built it/when/pricing comparisons/what is happening in the future in the area and anything you wonder she will find an answer. She is honest and you can trust her recommendations. We have used Sarah a multiple times with realistate purchases and selling and have had a excellent experience as a client.</p>
