Sarah was a light for me during a difficult time, she was one of 4 agents I contacted to see who I could trust in selling the property, she had come highly recommended as 2 of my friends had been clients previously. What can I say, she knocked my socks off! She came in armed with so much knowledge of the area and the market, so professional with her research in a folder for me to keep. Her communication skills were great as I was going to be out of Country for the whole process, and even though there were time differences and hurdles she was able to guide me through the process and keep me up to date on the whole thing. I would recommend Sarah to anyone, and If I were local still, would tell anyone I knew if they were listing or buying Sarah will do right by them.

I am a VERY picky person and I think we saw over 30 units.... She was always patient with me and only wanted me to be happy. She gave her honest opinions when I asked and provided alternatives/cost comparisons every time. I really appreciated all her time and patience with me as a first time buyer.
