I have known Sam for over twenty years when we worked in the corporate world, in marketing and IT respectively. As a coworker, he was friendly, very responsive, creative and had great attention to detail. All these skills has translated into Sam being a superb realtor. I am a repeat client. He helped sell my condo about seven years ago in two days over asking. In the last six months, he has helped my husband and I with three real estate transactions, selling my dad’s house, selling our townhome and our purchase of a detached home. Each transaction posed a unique set of challenges, but Sam managed it all with great insight, creative marketing and valuable advice. He explained all the options in great detail and we never felt pressured. During each of these transactions, Sam was travelling and out of town. But he conducted the time sensitive negotiations and paperwork seamlessly. This just speaks to his dedication and commitment. It seemed like he was always thinking about us and being very proactive with the best strategy to achieve our goals. I am sure he treats all his clients this way. Sam went above and beyond what was expected to help us find exactly what we needed. He guided us and helped us tremendously throughout the entire process.
