I called Sam sometime between February and March 2020 and he came immediately to check my condo unit. In short, we made arrange to sell my condo unit. We discussed what would be done. Arrangements would be made to publish my unit and show to interested customers. While he was preparing what has to be done, the Covid19 news was in most TV channels and I got scared. So, before Sam could arrange for buyers to come and see my condo unit, I talked to him that I was not comfortable to have people come inside my unit and that I decided not to sell my condo unit because I was scared of the prevailing virus. Without any problem, Sam understood my explanation and he stopped all the work in preparation to show my unit. I admired Sam's acceptance of my reasons and I stopped completely the sale of my condo unit. Sam still continues to send me information about the houses he sold and new houses being put for selling. Sam also continues to keep in touch pertaining to his real estate and brokerage business by sending me flyers and things pertaining to his home sale business. I consider Sam a very friendly and professional Broker. He still considers me a friend even though no real estate business ever materialized with him.
