loved working with Sam! We were looking for a home about an hour away and he gave up many of his summer weekends to accompany us to showings. He knew what to look for when we were viewing potential homes and was able to show us comparable recent sales in the area. With his help, we successfully outbid others to purchase our new home. We only decided to sell our home (rather than rent it) after we purchased another house. Sam immediately set up appointments with a stager and photographer/videographer. He had the house looking incredible and on the market in a week. He made great marketing materials including a virtual tour, colour pamphlets with photos and a list of highlights. Our home sold 3 days later OVER ASKING! We found Sam to be very transparent and responsive. He would immediately send us copies of his text/email conversations with other agents. We had very late nights while buying and selling our homes and he was always available to us and made sure to keep us in the loop as we waited anxiously. As a part of his services, Sam also signed us up for MoveSnap, a great service which helps you take care of the many "to dos" when moving.
