Our experience with Sam was awesome. This was our first time using an agent to sell our home, in all honesty we were skeptical in thinking what could he do that we couldn’t do ourselves and save money? Well, he was very knowledgeable, knew all the comps in the area at the first meeting. The photos and drone video done were spectacular, our home presented beautifully. He continuously watched the market in our area and we ended up selling over asking. He’s honest and ethical and that meant more to us than selling over asking! He provided excellent advice to us and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend Sam!

Sam is the consummate professional, our only regret is that 5 stars is the maximum we can score him! From the beginning, Sam showed superb communication skills, starting with listening. He quickly came to understand our preferred outcome for our sale, and devised several strategies to achieve our goals including when to list, how long to expect before seeing offers, and when to close. When the market changed before we listed our home, he proposed an alternative strategy which we used and were very successful. In the end, we achieved all our goals with the least amount of stress of any sale we have ever done. We whole-heartedly recommend Sam for any real estate transaction.
