Sam helped buy our first condo in Ottawa and now a second one, which ended up being a rare dream property in our desired location. Over all of these years, there is absolutely no doubt that he has never ceased to be a role model of professionalism and reliability -- bringing the knowledge, experience and expertise to help us find exactly what we wished for and needed. He took the time to get to know us and our extremely specific wishes, tailored his approach to our unusual circumstances, advising us also in putting into context the market trends, timing and availability. We also appreciate that he would never let us purchase a property that did not fit our needs well or that showed any kind of flaw that he would not accept in purchasing his own home. It's also worth mentioning that we are struck by how kind, caring and community-minded Sam is, never failing to be there for his clients and going the extra mile. This is simply priceless, cementing our trust and loyalty above and beyond the excellent professionalism already mentioned above.
