I have known Sam all my life and when we looked for a place to buy in Ottawa for my daughter during her schooling , I didn't hesitate to give Sam a call. His knowledge and professionalism with in the Ottawa market is bar-none the best. He guided us to the right locations that are safe and secure. He then went on to negotiate on our behalf looking out for US not his pocket book. He could have easily said pay what they have listed or just above but ..NO he said this is what we will come in at and then negotiate from there, this is because he did his home work on the location the clients. We ended up getting a place 10% below listing and we are extremely happy.... Trust with the people you work with is the up most important thing and we have that with Sam.

It’s been a pleasure working with Sam for our home in Ottawa. As we were moving from out of the city, Sam made sure we were comfortable with the areas/ neighborhood & pros & cons for each. He was our eyes& ears in Ottawa, going for house visit and Video calling us to show us around. As out of city buyers, we had many questions & Sam patiently answered all. He’s also quite knowledgeable about different aspects of house like septic, well maintenance etc & things to look out for. Buying a house without physically being in the same city is never easy, but Sam ensured the whole process worked smoothly for us and was transparent all along. I highly recommend him.
