Sam is an outstanding real estate agent. He is kind, caring, attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and friendly and works very hard on your behalf. He helped me to transition my aging parents from their family home which is no easy task. His caring nature made the process so much smoother.

Sam is very knowledgeable about the market, follows up quickly, sends clients a pie of their choice at Thanksgiving, and hosts an annual lunch for clients!
