My wife and I have had the good fortune to work with some excellent realtors. Samantha is definitely one of those. She made a comment that many see the real estate as a sales industry but in her view it is a service industry. She delivered service in spades!! She is knowledgeable about the market, knows the business aspects of the industry and is fun to work with!! Her advice is sound in all aspects of looking for a property, making an offer and closing the deal. If you are looking for a realtor we highly recommend that you consider Samantha!!

Samantha made my house buying experience the best! Samantha handled everything for me, as I was out of province, with knowledge & professionalism.

We moved across the country to a location we were unfamiliar with. Samantha was easy to work and guided us in a our house shopping experience. We viewed many listings through "Google meet" with Samantha, until we could do on site viewings in person. Samantha guided us through the negotiations with the seller and was able to help us meet our price. Being new to the area we needed lots of help and Samantha was great in providing us with the help we needed. Knowledgeable and calm, Samantha made our transition to the Island and biggest purchase of our lives, so much easier.

Sam was excellent to work with and we felt very supported while purchasing our house. My husband and I were moving to Vancouver Island from the mainland so we were trying to find a house from afar. On top of this, we were expecting our first child so it was challenging for us to come to the island for viewings. Sam was very understanding of our situation and helped out anyway she could, by doing virtual showings for us and by being very flexible in arranging last minute showings when we were able to make it over to the island. She was an excellent communicator and moved very quickly during offer drafting and negotiations. She gave sound and trusted advice, allowing us to find and purchase our dream home. She truly understood what we were looking for for our growing family and supported us in finding it. We recommend Sam to anyone looking for a realtor as Sam went above and beyond for us and we know she does that for everyone she works with.
