My husband and I are still so happy that we could work with Samantha Brownlee at Team Invest West in both the sale and purchase for our property. I had no doubt Team Invest West has professional and organized sale plans but Sam was playing a leading part who made our tricky transaction possible! Even though we're so rushed to list our house during a slow market, her presentation about the market pricing & strategies was impressively confident and the way she's managing all the communications & schedules was incredible. We're so happy that we sold our place back then at asking price. And she also helped us to find a townhouse to live. It was a court sale house and all the process wasn't the same with a normal transaction. I was pregnant back then and we're planning to move in with our newborn baby. As a woman and a mom, the way she showed me empathy and support was extremely helpful while waiting for the completion. I can't imagine going through this purchase without her. She's not only a professional and competent realtor but also a kind and genuine person!
