Ryan Cochrane was my realtor for the sale of my condo and did an exceptional job. At our first meeting Ryan explained the process, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I was comfortable with Ryan’s manner and suggestions. He always responded quickly to text or email questions and remained calm and positive with his approach. Throughout the process I trusted Ryan and respected his ethics, knowledge and organizational skills. I would absolutely recommend Ryan to friends and family wishing to sell or purchase a home.

Ryan was exactly who we needed when we called asking if he could help us buy a home in Victoria. Our purchase and offer had to be tight and quick, as we were under a time crunch. Ryan was willing to act FAST with us and did so with a calm competence. He jumped on board with our “let’s make this happen” approach, was easy to speak/work with and was extremely knowledgeable through all steps of the process. We are so happy we called him! Will be calling Ryan again for the next purchase or sale.

Because of some time constraints I wanted to get the process going and list ASAP. Once my decision to sell was made he worked very quickly to get everything happening to list and follow up selling. I feel he also was helpful with selecting the listing price, providing me with a lot of local market information. He responded quickly to any issues I had and he is a good communicator.
