Ryan acted as our realtor for our recent purchase of our home in Victoria. We are from England, so this was our first experience of buying a house in Canada which felt a bit overwhelming at times. Ryan was endlessly patient and guided us through the process, always responsive to any queries we had. Communication was excellent throughout, with regular check-ins from Ryan. On viewings he provided useful insights and is very knowledgable about the Victoria housing market. Once we decided on a home he was extremely efficient with the process of putting in our offer and arranging all the subsequent checks before conditions were removed. He had great recommendations for contractors he has good working relationships with and we were happy with all the pre-sale assessments carried out. He remained in regular contact until the sale completed, sending helpful moving checklists and checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly. In what is inevitably a stressful process, Ryan was an extremely reassuring presence and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in Victoria.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and well informed on the real estate market, the various neighbourhood and the architecture and construction of homes. It was extremely useful to get his independent guidance when viewing and considering properties. But he was even more valuable when in came to securing the property we wanted, getting everything checked out thoroughly within a short timeframe and negotiating with the vendor for required works. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone looking to buy in Victoria.

Overall, it was a great experience. Quickly turned around setting up viewings and comparison properties making it super easy, providing print outs and details on the properties we were seeing. On time meeting us and left enough time between viewings to not rush. Offered great advice to help us figure out our best options. Super personable and prompt at addressing any questions.
