We cannot speak more highly of Ryan as a real estate agent. He is trustworthy, patient, punctual and professional. We trusted Ryan had our best interest in mind throughout our whole house-hunting process. He provided us good insights on where to look, when to be flexible and when we should walk away. We are so grateful that helped us find our beautiful home and would highly recommend him to others who are looking for an agent who they can trust to find their dream home.

Ryan recently helped us purchase our home in Victoria, and I couldn't recommend working with him enough! He was incredible the entire way through the process - from helping arrange viewings at convenient times, to helping scrutinize potential properties, to making offers and the negotiation phase. He was very responsive to all our communication. Most importantly he made us feel that he understood what we were looking for and helped us to find it - we never felt rushed or pushed to settle, if anything Ryan actually encouraged us to realize that what we wanted WAS out there and that we just had to be patient. We would certainly use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What is there to say about Ryan Cochrane? Should I mention his commitment to responding in mere moments day, night, weekend, and holidays? Or his approachable and friendly yet knowledgeable demeanour? His willingness to provide an opinion and guidance while still allowing us to make decisions that make sense to us? It's impossible to choose, so we'll just mention them all! Our experience with Ryan was excellent, he was committed to our search, was willing to take the time to not only show us an endless stream of houses, but also to answer all of our questions as we went along. We were extremely impressed and appreciative of everything that he did for us.

Ryan is an excellent realtor. Great communication, timely arrangements for viewings. Always available even when extremely busy! We appreciate his attention to detail.
