<p>I would like to commend Ryan and Ashley for their patience and support. I was going through a difficult child custody battle and both Ryan and Ashley were understanding and helpful when it came to selling my home and relocating. They made themselves available to see homes in my desired areas and were well informed of the markets. They watched and shared with me changes and never pressured me to buy. They truly wanted me to find a home that I and my daughter would feel safe, comfortable and in my desired area.<br /><br />They organized all materials for the sell of my home and purchase and if I had questions afterwards they followed up quickly. They are always available via text, email or phone and handle the challenging part of negotiating while helping you stay calm and informed during this stressful part of the purchase. One wish would be that I wish they had reminded me to ask for the survey certificate in my offer to purchase, as I assumed it was always included or available. However, they were quick to reply and suggested reasonable alternatives to the survey certificate. They did assist with reminding me to mark down conditions such as financing etc. Again, they are very client minded and quick to respond. They are pleasant, informed and organized. I strongly recommend Ryan and Ashley and would use them again in the future.</p>

<p>They go above and beyond what I expect from a real estate agent. I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. They have helped us with other housing questions, assisted us when dealing with a terrible real estate agent, available anytime, and it feels like we are their only customer at that time.</p>

Ryan acted as our real estate agent in 2012 when we sold out house after my husband's sister referred him. Since then our extended family has used Ryan and now Ashley's services. They are prompt, professional and courteous. They are always willing to answer questions and accommodated us during our buying of our most recent home. I never felt pressure to buy. Ryan has always been quick to point out aspects of houses that could be problematic or challenging, which we greatly appreciate. During our bidding, Ryan was extremely helpful in helping us decide how to bid. Ashley is helpful and made house hunting with two small children easier. They make a good team

As first time home buyers, we were pretty nervous and excited about the whole experience. Ryan and Ashley helped guide us through the journey and kept encouraging us even if we didn’t get the house we wanted at first. They helped us look at the good and bad of any potential house. By the end of the journey, we got the best house for us and we couldn’t be happier. They made us feel confident we picked the right house. Couldn’t have asked for better fairy god parents for these new exciting chapitre of our lives.
