After having an extremely negative experience with another Realtor, we decided to call the listing agent on the house we had been eyeing up from afar. It was Ryan. We were out-of-market and relocating back to Winnipeg, Ryan was professional, but rightfully apprehensive about someone offering to purchase a property 'Sight Unseen' . Ryan was gracious enough to take a friend through the house while I Facetimed in. Our relationship has grown since the first, yes first, purchase with the Ryan and Ashley Davis Team. Ryan consistently goes above and beyond. Whether it's a question about the marketplace or a new listing or the occasional inquiry about another property, Ryan is always available to help. We've purchased our last 3 properties (principal residence, cottage and investment property) with Ryan and he is currently on the search for us for that next great opportunity. Ryan and Ashley helped us find our first house during a pandemic. They are by far the best team and will always make time for any questions or viewings of homes. No matter how long it may take you to find your house they will be with you every step of the way guiding you so that you buy the right house. They are very honest and that goes such a long way when you put your faith into someone helping you find a home.

Ryan & Ashley were recommended to us by a previous client (sister). We let Ryan & Ashley know what we wanted well in advance of our inter provincial move. They kept us up to date with brief & regular listings, which increased in frequency as we neared our moving date. When ready to look in person, we narrowed down our search and they also supplied suggestions based upon our interests and income. Visits were well spaced, and with each viewing they provided honest and useful comments, pointing out things (good & not so good) which we might have missed. Several houses seemed ideal as listed on the MLS website, but were disappointing in reality. The house we ended up purchasing was one of their listings -- a surprise to us as we had selected it while unaware of their connection. There was never any pressure to view it, even though it was EXACTLY what we wanted! This speaks volumes about their honesty, integrity and excellence in service to us, their clients. Highly recommend them to anyone else. Excellent agents, easy to talk with, interested in what the client wants, needs, and can afford.
