Rochelle was very supportive and patient at an extremely emotional time, taking over the sale of my home completely so that I could focus on the moving out and moving on part of life. She walked me through the paperwork side of the process, taking time to ensure that I understood everything. As it was my first time selling a home, I had a multitude of questions about the details. We didn't proceed to the next point until Rochelle knew that I comprehended the previous one. I initially thought that it would take some days to get everything started.
