Rochelle had a great deal of knowledge of my property. She works with the builders that improved my vacant lot and was fully educated with the property. She was a great negotiator and made sure time did not lapse during negotiations. Rochelle also is very familiar with the area as she spent many years out there herself. I did not achieve my asking price, but the market had turned and she got me a price that I was satisfied with. Just to move on, she made this transaction easy.
