Neil Irwin helped with the sale of my previous home and purchase of a new home. He was very informed and aware of the present real estate market. He always made himself available to answer any questions about either the sale or purchase of my homes. If he was unable to answer my question at the moment he would find out the answer and get back to me in a timely manner. Both he and his manager at Street City where very supportive, reasuring and helpful in explaining the offers with the selling of my home. I would highly recommend this gentlemen to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a home.

Neil was very knowledgeable regarding the market, honest and professional, transaction was smooth considering covid precautions, much less stress than I expected
