Neil is knowledgeable and professional, and is still friendly, funny, and personable. He gave us good solid information and still managed to be supportive and even excited when we found our new home. He was accessible, answered all are questions, and had relationships with all of the people we needed to work with in the process (finance, lawyer, other realtors). He has a strong read of the market and great negotiation skills. I’ve worked with him twice, 10 years apart, and highly recommend him.
