Riccardo and his team have been aware of our interest in purchasing a home for some time and without any prompting or reminders, the team sent us emails regularly with homes that they knew would interest us. For roughly 5-6 months, I would get emails with great homes and I would never reply, as we were never serious about the homes....they just weren't for us. The team continued to send emails and all the work of their team benefitted us tremendously. We received an email with the home of our dreams and were able to jump in early. Katherine delivered the same exemplary services that we have always received from Riccardo (bought my first home with Riccardo in 2004). Kind, courteous, knowledgeable, timely and punctual.
