Absolutely superb service from Ricarrdo and Katherine! As purchasors of our 1st rental property, they made the process apparently seemless and felt very effortless at every point. We gave them our list of what of what we were looking for in and property and they hit out of the park with the very 1st showing. We felt obliged to look at more places, however, as we should should have suspected from pros, the initial spot was it! I have used Riccardo three times before to buy. This is the first time selling. He went to the condo and did an assessment and valuation of the condo and his numbers were vey much in the ball park. He has a very pleasant personality and is willing to help and provide advice at all times. The condo was sold in less than a month. He spoke with the buyer's realtor and clarified details.
