Right from the first meeting Gyanesh was very supportive and explained what we can expect as a First time home buyer. As a first time home buyer, with very little knowledge of Real Estate Market and how competitive it is these days, we couldn’t have asked for a better service than what was offered to us by Gyanesh & Pankaj Bajaj. Pankaj was working with us to show the houses and he is very patient and detail oriented. We saw a good number of houses before putting our first offer. Pankaj was very diligent in planning out the showings keeping our needs in mind. Even during the bidding wars, Pankaj and Gyanesh were very supportive and patient and ensured that we don’t over pay.
