Ranjit Nijjar is a professional in Caledon market and my family was unanimous in choosing him as our agent. To sell a premium lot luxury house in this difficult market within two days of MLS listing with six showings in 2 days and sold higher than asking is a feat only possible by an agent who has a good network and knows and guides the customers well.
