We had such a great experience with both Ranjit and Sony. Their warm, personable and humble approach made the entire buying and selling process comfortable and easy. When we met them, we were not entirely ready to list or purchase at the time and wanted to get an understanding of the market and what to expect once we were ready. We respect that they never pressured us, and we felt that they were always looking out for our best interest. Although they are extremely busy, what stood out was their responsiveness, organization and working around the clock to put us first. From the listing experience: attractive staging, quality pictures, and Ranjit's knowledge on the market. From a buying experience: Sony brought us to countless homes and was able to negotiate a very good price for our new home in Vaughan! About the sale and purchase – We have a single car detached corner home in Caledon, and had no issues selling it for top dollar within a very challenging market. With respect to the purchase, Sony and Ranjit leveraged their network and negotiation skills to secure a very nice property in a more demanding and competitive market (Vaughan). They went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and didn’t settle for anything less.
