Ranjit was our only choice because he sold many houses in our area .Ranjit is very professional in his approach to the job of deciding on the price and, staging the house etc and was able to get our price. Ranjit and Sony Singh are an amazing tag team, they communicated with us on a regular basis. Ranjit managed to sell our condo for an excellent price, especially in the current market situation. He knows GTA property market very well. We found Ranjit to be a highly attentive agent, and he returned all phone calls and emails the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. He was honest about some minor changes that we needed to make in our condo to attract buyers quickly, and his advice worked like a charm.

<p>We engaged this agent for buying a property and also to sell our property. Whatever he promised/exaggerated on his professional services prior to engaging him did not match what he delivered.<br /> The agent did not guide us properly in achieving our expectations rather was so keen on his own objectives and profit on both the deals. In summary, we were so disappointed and will never recommend his service to any of our friends or relatives.</p>

Ranjit and Sony are a little magicians. Incredibly knowledgeable, amazingly committed and awesomely talented !!!! I have dealt with them on few properties that I have purchased and sold and I never feel like going to anyone else. They present you the real picture and tries to get you the maximum possible price for their property. Both Ranjit and Sony have got stunningly incredible negotiating power and would represent their client’s interest in the best possible way. I have referred them to the few of my friends and would continue to do so.
