Nijjar is really great agent he helped us when we were in need to sell our house when we had the closing for the other house that we have purchased , so he went out of his way to make sure our house was sold in timely fashion also he had an interior designer come to dress up the house to make it look like catalog home and also he made video tour of the house to make the house as attractive as possible. He is a really nice guy and a hard worker. We appreciate what he has done for us . Thank you
