Ranjit was among a series of several real estate agents I interviewed to determine which agent would best help me fulfill my selling objectives. It's worth noting, a personal friend of mine was among the agents interviewed. Notwithstanding that point, Ranjit's presentation was the most compelling and his genuine eagerness to impress and deliver results gave me the greatest confidence. I knew immediately during our interview that he was precisely the agent I knew I could work with to help me realize my end goals -- but of course, I wasn't going to tell him that at the time. ;) When I asked Ranjit to return to enter into a listing agreement with me, we got to work right away. We did a walk-thru and strategized how to best position the property, including some minor renovations, colour choices, market history, list pricing scenarios, plus we established an aggressive but attainable listing deadline. The reason we were ultimately successful in meeting our deadline was because Ranjit partnered me with all the necessary suppliers and trades people to get the work done quick, cheap and beautiful. Ranjit also provided the cleaners, photography and staging services as part of his service to his clients. In the end, the property showed exceptionally beautiful and was ready for its scheduled listing on-time and under-budget. Between Ranjit's infused enhancements of the property to present it as a premium property worthy of its price, and his exceptionally broad buyer reach and audiences on social media, he delivered a ton of interest as evidenced by a full slate of showings scheduled on the first day of the listing. By the end of the first day of showings, I had an offer. After some admittedly aggressive negotiating tactics on my part (much to Ranjit's understandable and well-cautioned concern that I was torpedoing my own sale), my property sold very quickly, at full price and 100% on my terms with no open house necessary. I got precisely the outcome I wanted, and I know I couldn't have achieved that without Ranjit Nijjar. Additionally, it's worth noting Ranjit's professionalism and responsiveness. I admit, I'm not an easy person to work with, and even less so to work for. I demand and expect a lot, especially when I'm paying the bill. Throughout my dealings with Ranjit, he was nothing short of professional, engaging and extremely responsive to my needs, regardless of frequency, day or time. That was extremely important to me in the onset, because generally speaking, that caliber of communication and engagement charts the course and ultimate success of the client-agent relationship. In this case, the relationship that Ranjit and I formed was strong from the very beginning, and it delivered immediate and desired results. I couldn't be happier with the relationship, process and outcome, and as such, I unreservedly recommend and endorse Ranjit Nijjar to anyone looking to sell their property in his service areas. He knows his stuff, he knows the people, and he gets results.
