We sold and purchased house with Ranjit. This was our 3rd time working with Ranjit. He is like a family realtor now to us where if we need any advise or guidance, we just reach out to him. We had to fly out of Canada while we were listing our house, however Ranjit Nijjar took care of everything while we were away and sold our house. Our house was listed for months by 2 other agents and they both failed to sell the house, but when we handed it over to Ranjit to sell our house, he SOLD it in no time. Ranjit Nijjar and Sony make a great together. They are the best when it comes to the market knowledge and getting things done from the start till the end in any real estate related transaction . On top of this they have been giving back the appreciations to the community in the form of bbq events and fun activities events for the kids for years .
