Before meeting with Ranjit we were working with a very unprofessional, lazy realtor who was doing absolutely nothing for our property. Luckily for us we were given the opportunity to work with Ranjit and we were absolutely blown away. His knowledge of the Market and his patience in explaining his position is outstanding. He was very direct in what we needed to do to secure an excellent result in selling our home. His investment in staging our home was unbelievable. I have never met a Realtor in my life who was willing to invest not only their time but their money to properly market our home. The excellent online social media strategy along with incredible Video and photography of our home was unbelievable. It made the difference and drove a significant amount of traffic through our home. This created the opportunity for multiple offers and a bidding war that ultimately ended with us selling our home for a record price on our street and in our neighbourhood. Ranjit is a man of his word and a true gentleman. A very intelligent young man who prides himself on doing good work and making sure he provides more service than what is asked of him.
