Update: we also had the pleasure of not only buying but selling our home w/ Ralph. When our next door neighbor listed and sold at below market value only two weeks prior to us listing ours w/ a “celebrity agent”, we were concerned on the impact on our house. However Ralph was able to showcase the true value of our home and neighborhood, and selling it at a price that was a win-win for both our family and the buyer. Two thumbs up Ralph!
