Extremely impressed by how responsive, caring, helpful and professional Ralph’s team have been in selling our house. From the start, Ralph questioned about our concerns relating to the preparation, staging, and listing of our house and they immediately set about to prioritize and address those needs / concerns head on. His team members worked tirelessly to help with moving, clearing, storing, staging, cleanup, handywork-fixing to ensure the preparation for listing was as stress-free as possible. These efforts meant so much as we had lots to juggle while working full time jobs. Greatly appreciated how they adjusted their process to suit our needs rather than requiring us to follow and adjust to their typical realtor process.

I can not say enough good things about Ralph and his team. From the time I first met with him he was so professional and helpful. He went way beyond my expectations as an agent. From the start I felt confident that he would sell my house quickly and it sold in under a week over asking. He provides many extra services that I had not expected and is very patient and understanding.
