From the first time you speak and work with Ralph and the team of "Helping You Move", you get the sense of the word help. The stress levels of moving is enough but he really unloads the weight off your shoulders with his honest, rational working professionalism. He and the team really surpassed our expectations and we will definitely look forward to any future opportunities with them again.

Ralph was instrumental in finding my first home. The time, commitment and effort he invested to ensure that my first home was ideal for my work & life style was/is greatly appreciated - and given my busy schedule, he made sure we viewed the RIGHT amount (and type) of properties to make an educated decision. I still cant forget the beautiful sunset views from my condo that he helped me secure - Thank you Ralph.

Working with Ralph and the "Helping You Move" team is such a pleasant and confident experience! Their professional marketing, staging and showing approach got us over asking for our condo and a quick turn-around. When my husband and I were looking for our new home, we were all over the place - Leslieville, Markham, Etobicoke and all for different reasons. Ralph and team blew our expectations out of the water with the sale of our town home in Pickering. We entered the market at a listing price that was a little higher than previously sold comparable houses with the expectation that we'd sell at asking or slightly above, but Ralph secured us a sale at $100,000 over asking. His team assisted us with everything from fixing our windows, repainting and small repairs, staging, new lighting fixtures etc. With everything he and his team did for us, we basically shattered a sales record in our neighbourhood, even selling higher than units with more bedrooms. This was a fantastic selling experience, even during COVID lockdowns and I look forward to buying our next home with Ralph.

<p>Ralph went above and beyond in helping us with the sale of this house. I am sure it was a challenge in that we had to deal with a tenant not wanting to leave and also not being able to stage the home. Ralph showed up numerous times with us and helped us along with the unexpected issues that we had to deal with. Thanks for all of this Ralph!!</p>
